• Discord Guild (server) IDs where the bot is installed.
• Channel IDs configured for event reminders.
• Role IDs used for event notifications.
• Basic guild metadata, including server name and icon.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Send gaming event reminders to your configured channels.
• Notify designated roles about upcoming events.
• Maintain bot functionality and improve user experience.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the bot, such as through the Discord API. We retain data only as long as the bot remains installed in your server.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your server data by removing the bot.
• Access your data by contacting support.
• Modify configuration through bot commands.
