Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the bot and its subscriptions:

• Your Discord user ID when you authorize Discord during checkout.
• Discord server, channel, and role IDs, along with the bot settings selected by server staff.
• Subscription details such as the selected plan, status, activation and expiration dates, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Commands, button selections, and similar interactions sent to the bot so it can respond and apply your settings.
• Your request IP address, used during the page request to select Philippine peso or US dollar pricing. The website does not use that address to create a user profile.

Stripe processes payment card details. Zemore Events Bot does not receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use information

• To post game development event notices, reminders, and Discord events in configured channels.
• To apply channel, staff-role, mention-role, and event-mode settings.
• To authenticate purchasers, activate premium access for a selected server, and manage subscription status.
• To provide support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
• To meet legal, accounting, and payment-processing obligations.

3. Cookies

The checkout flow uses strictly necessary, HTTP-only cookies to protect Discord sign-in and carry the selected plan. Authentication state expires after about 10 minutes, and the Discord user ID checkout cookie expires after about one hour. These cookies are not used for advertising.

4. When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the service:

• Discord, for bot installation, authentication, commands, messages, and server interactions.
• Stripe, for checkout, recurring billing, cancellations, and payment records.
• Our hosting and database providers, for operating the website, bot, and subscription records.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

5. Retention and security

Bot configuration and subscription records are kept while they are needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Server administrators can change bot configuration through its commands and can remove the bot from a server. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the customer billing portal. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting support.

7. Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country to use the Discord portions of the service.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the Zemore Discord support server.
