1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing the bot, using its commands, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country. If you act for an organization or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. The service

Zemore Events Bot posts information about game jams, Steam festivals, developer streams, deadlines, and similar game development events. Authorized server staff can configure event channels, staff roles, mention roles, and Discord event behavior. Available commands and features may change as the service develops.

Event information is provided for convenience. You are responsible for checking official event pages before relying on dates, eligibility rules, or other details.

3. Discord permissions and server responsibility

The bot needs the Discord permissions shown during installation to post and manage its features. You are responsible for installing it only where you have permission, assigning appropriate roles and channels, and reviewing its access. Removing required permissions may prevent features from working.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are offered monthly, every six months, or yearly at the price and currency shown before checkout.
• Subscriptions are associated with the authenticated Discord purchaser and activated for one selected Discord server unless the offer states otherwise.
• Stripe processes payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period until cancellation.
• You can manage or cancel billing through the customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Zemore Design. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
• Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required and will be shown or handled during checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully, to harass others, or to violate Discord's rules.
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Interfere with the bot or website, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or overload the service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
• Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit a subscription without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every event notice will be complete or delivered on time. Discord, Stripe, hosting failures, maintenance, or changes to third-party services may affect operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot and canceling your subscription. Removing the bot does not itself cancel recurring billing.

8. Intellectual property

Zemore Design and its licensors retain ownership of the website, bot, branding, software, and original content. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Zemore Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. For billing, service, or terms questions, contact us through the Zemore Discord support server.
